1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
All bookings made through Promote Uganda Safaris (online, phone, or WhatsApp) are confirmed upon issuance of an official booking reference number and confirmation notice. For gorilla trekking and primate safaris, permits are subject to Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) availability.
2. Sightseeing Bus Hop-On Hop-Off Policy
Tickets for the Kampala City Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Bus are valid for the entire operating day specified on the voucher. Passengers may disembark at any marked stop and reboard any subsequent bus during operating hours.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to city bus tours are eligible for a full refund or date reschedule. Safari cancellations involving national park permits follow UWA statutory cancellation guidelines.
4. Passenger Safety & Weather Guarantee
Our buses feature covered lower salons and overhead retractable rain canopies. Tours proceed safely rain or shine.
